One of these exciting new features is the Screen designer, which allows you to configure the Company and Contact cards in SuperOffice CRM by:
- creating different screen layouts for different user groups (depending on their information needs and workflows);
- removing any unnecessary fields and/or creating new, more relevant fields;
- grouping the fields in tabs or columns and adding your own headings called “labels”;
- easily removing unnecessary tabs or replacing them with tabs that are more suitable for your organisation.
We strongly recommend that you consider using these new capabilities, as they are designed to increase usability, reduce clicks and navigation in addition to reducing data entry errors. This helps your organisation to maintain effectiveness and focus.
